1. Miso Soup: The day does not start with out a cup of my mother's miso soup! Miso, tofu, scallions... Everything that I need for a bright morning! *soup is removable from the pot. -
#2 Thick Grilled Egg (Bento Box) / 厚焼き卵2. Bento Box: Field trip today! Mom packed some sweet omelet in the bento (lunch) box. Grab your thermos, and off you go! -
#3 Curry (Curry Dinner) / カレー3. Curry Dinner: The smell of curry around dinner time always put a smile on my face! Just add the roux mix to taste. *the curry can be removed from the pot! -
#4 Plum Wine (Home Made Plum Wine) / 梅酒4. Home Made Plum Wine: It's my family's ''June tradition''. It's the only time of the year when Dad helps! Who knows, 10 years from now it might turn into something divine! -
#5 Fried Shrimp / えびフライ5. Fried Shrimp: Who says no to fried shrimp? Dip the raw shrimps into flour, then eggs, then panko and throw it into the hot oil! Take excess oil off with the cooking paper. -
#6 Grilled Fish / 焼き魚6. Grilled Fish: Filet the fish, throw it on the griller, grate the daikon... Don't mind the bones, it's extra calcium! The smell is going to drive the neighbor's cat crazy. Don't forget to add water in the griller! -
